- How do I clean the Air Purifier? To clean the main housing and the base of the air purifier: Wipe the surface with a clean dampened cloth. Air dry. Do not immerse in water or liquid detergents or use alcohol or other solvents.
- How often do filters need to be replaced? For optimum performance, it is recommended to change the air filters every 3 months. However, filters may need to be replaced more often in high pollution environmental conditions.
- How will I know whether a filter needs to be replaced? When the filter needs to be replaced, the blue LED indicator will blink on and off continuously.
- How do I replace a filter?
1. Hold the main unit firmly, then turn the base clockwise.
2. Slide the base-and-filter assembly out from the main unit.
3. Turn the old filter counterclockwise to remove from the base.
4. Screw the new filter clockwise onto the base’s center post.

- Is the Munchkin Air Purifier battery operated? Yes, it contains a non-replaceable lithium polymer rechargeable battery.
- How do I charge the battery? Insert the USB cable into the main unit’s port, then connect to a USB power source such as an AC adapter, USB car charger or power pack. The battery is not fully charged at first, please charge the battery before use. The battery light will turn green when charging is complete.
- What do the different battery lights mean?
• Green: Charging complete
• Red (steady): Charging in progress
• Red (flashing): Low battery
- How come my Air Purifier won’t change colors after turning on? The gas sensor has a 3 minutes and 2 seconds warm up period, during which the gas sensor will blink white, indicating that it is not yet reading the air quality level.
- What do the different LED indicator colors mean?
Green: Good Air Quality
Yellow: Moderate Air Quality
Red: Poor Air Quality
